(<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Subject to change)<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must show a photo ID at check-in. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Check-in begins at 9:45 A.M. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must be prepared to take a breathalyzer test. <\/span>Survivor Speakout is a ZERO Tolerance program.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Court ordered offenders appearing to be under the influence of any illegal substance, or registering any result over .00 when administered an onsite breathalyzer test will be reported in violation of a condition of probation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">If you are late or fail to attend the date you have chosen you will be considered a \u201cNo Show\u201d. You must <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">re-register to attend another date <\/span> and pay an additional fee of $50.00.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No gum, hats, hoodies, food, beverages, cameras or recording devices of any kind will be allowed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cell phones and other electronic devices must be turned off.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">If you fall asleep you will be asked to leave after one warning and NOT get credit for attending.<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">If you are disrespectful in any way you will be asked to leave immediately and NOT get credit for attending.<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your probation officer will be notified if you successfully attend after you provide feedback through our website.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you are on a diversion plea you will need to request a confirmation letter be emailed to your attorney.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If for any reason the panel is canceled by Survivor Speakout you will be notified by email or telephone as far in advance as possible and you will be rescheduled for another panel date. You will not have to pay a fee to reschedule if Survivor Speakout cancels a panel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Guests of court ordered offenders are welcome to attend at no charge (if space permits), but must abide by all of the guidelines.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If arrangements are made in advance for you to pay your fee with cash on the day of the panel, the fee to attend will be $60.00.
