SURVIVOR SPEAKOUT GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDING IN PERSON
You must bring a photo ID.
Be prepared to take a breathalyzer test.
Any attendee appearing to be under the influence of any illegal substance, or registering any result over .00 when administered an onsite breathalyzer test will be reported in violation of a condition of probation.
You must sign in or you will NOT get credit for attending.
The panel begins at 6:30 sharp. If you are late on the date you have chosen or are a no show, you will have to re-register and pay the fee again.
If you register, pay your fee to attend and are a no show on the date you have chosen, you will have to re-register and pay the fee again.
The fee to attend in person is $42.00.
If arrangements are made in advance for you to pay your fee with cash the fee will be $45.00. (exact change required)
There are NO REFUNDS for ANY reason.
NO CHILDREN under the age of fifteen (15) will be admitted unless they have been court ordered or have express written permission, in advance, from a parent or legal guardian and the parent or legal guardian must accompany the minor.
No weapons, gum, food, drinks, cameras or recording devices of any kind will be allowed.
All cell phones and other electronic devices must be turned off upon entering the building.
Remove hats, headbands and head coverings upon entering the building out of respect for the speakers.
Guests (your designated driver) are welcome to attend at no charge, but must abide by all of the guidelines.
Your probation officer will be notified that you attended if you successfuly attend.
If you are on a diversion plea you will need to request a confirmation letter from us that you can present to your attorney for the court.
If for any reason the panel you choose is canceled by Survivor Speakout you will be notified by email or telephone as far in advance as possible. You will be rescheduled for another panel date. You will not have to pay another fee to reschedule if Survivor Speakout cancels a panel.
