In Person Guidelines

SURVIVOR SPEAKOUT GUIDELINES FOR ATTENDING IN PERSON

  • You must provide true and accurate information when you register.
  • You must have a photo ID.
  • Be prepared to take a breathalyzer test.
  • Survivor Speakout is a ZERO Tolerance program.
  • Court ordered offenders appearing to be under the influence of any illegal substance, or registering any result over .00 when administered an onsite breathalyzer test will be reported in violation of a condition of probation.
  • You will be considered a “No Show” if you are late or fail to attend the date you have chosen. You must reschedule and pay an additional fee.
  • If you are late you must re-register to attend another date and pay the fee again. Check-in begins at 9:45 A.M.
  • The fee to attend in person is $50.00. (Subject to change)
  • No gum, hats, hoodies, food, beverages, cameras or recording devices of any kind will be allowed.
  • Cell phones and other electronic devices must be turned off.
  • If you fall asleep you will be asked to leave after one warning and NOT get credit for attending.
  • If you are disrespectful in any way you will be asked to leave immediately and NOT get credit for attending.
  • Your probation officer will be notified if you successfully attend after you have provided feedback through our website.
  • If you are on a diversion plea you will need to request a confirmation letter from us that you can present to your attorney .
  • If for any reason the panel is canceled by Survivor Speakout you will be notified by email or telephone as far in advance as possible and you will be rescheduled for another panel date. You will not have to pay a fee to reschedule if Survivor Speakout cancels a panel.
  • Guests of court ordered offenders are welcome to attend at no charge (if space permits), but must abide by all of the guidelines.
  • If arrangements are made in advance for you to pay your fee with cash on the day of the panel, the fee to attend will be $60.00. Exact change is required.
  • If it is determined that you are unable to abide by all of the guidelines you will be asked to leave and NOT get credit for attending.
  • Please use the restroom prior to entering the panel room.
  • There are NO REFUNDS for any reason.
  • Fees are not transferable to other dates for no shows or if you are removed from a session for not abiding by the guidelines.
